AFTER READING: 5 Magic-Kade starsWOW!!! I'm speechless!I was smiling like a freak the whole time at the beginning. Then I got mad. Then sad. Then... yup, speechless. What the hell was that? Did I read the same thing everyone else did because I don't understand all the four & five stars. It jumped all over the place, the whole Ashley thing was just ridiculous & no way in hell would I have stood for that for even half the time that Nikki did. For such a strong character she really was a wuss putting up w/that. I didn't really love the first book but all the reviews claimed how much better this one was so I gave it a whirl. What the??? Overall, I liked the story. There were some things that bothered me like the h being prone to violence, her slutty behavior, and her mother. When it is explained why the h is so casual about sex I still didn't understand how that makes her want to sleep around. In fact, she should have been more reserved and guarded.
