I cant decide if the story in this book is more or less ridiculous than the stories in the prior books in this series. The series is a strange mishmash of regency romance, thriller, and supernatural mystery. It does not hang together. But it is still a fast and enjoyable read.

I madly adore the MorelandsIf this series has a failing, its that these books end too quickly. Love the overall premise, the gothic overtones, the supernatural quirkiness, the sweeping romance that defies all boundaries. So glad Harlequin has reprinted this fun series for new readers like myself to discover.

Fun series!

I am enchanted with this family. Great story, characters are fully fleshed. I have the next story and will read it soon. I will read more of this series as it becomes available.
